SYNOPSIS

A day in the life cinematic virtual reality experience. Officer Glen crosses paths with a neighborhood kid a few times in a single week, including a dispatch to shots fired in the local high school.

Eric R. Williams

Eric R. Williams teaches New Media Storytelling at Ohio University, where he also writes and directs cinematic VR experiences (360° films) at the Game Research and Immersive Design (GRID) Lab. Their most recent project won the 2023 Science and Innovation Award from the FBI National Academy for its combination of technology and narrative to improve law enforcement practices. Eric has written three books on new media storytelling and hosts the television series Imagining Tomorrow’s Entertainment on the Wondrium network.
